Drying in food processing , fresh cold air is sucked into the hot air dryer chamber by the circulation fan and flows through the steam radiator or electrical heating tubes installed at the top to get required temperature.
With the help of hot air drying oven , the hot air evenly flows through each layer of trays for heat transfer and carries way the evaporated moisture. Most of the damp air flows back to the circulation fan for next drying circulation while part of the damp air is exhausted for energy saving. The drying process is batch type. When the drying is finished, open the chamber door and pull out the trolleys for unload the dried product.

Industrial hot air dryer system has heat pump and fan. The PLT intelligent control system on the heat pump can accurately control the temperature, heating time and discharging Wet strength of the drying room.
The trolley adopt galvanized square material or stainless steel material, high temperature resistant, corrosion resistance and convenient to use.
You can choose PP or stainless steel tray to fill the material. If you have trolley and tray already, you can also give up the purchase of them to save some money.

The hot air dryer machine is a high efficiency energy source that creates heat by compressing the refrigerant (similar as to how a refrigerator compression system works).
hot air dryer releases the heated air by heat exchanging of the refrigerant. A hot air drying oven, then raises the heat of the air that comes from the condenser using less energy. Industrial hot air dryer machine also do not draw additional air unlike conventional dryers.
